Training Times for winter are 5-6pm or 6-7.30pm on Mon.,Wed. & Thursday and also Saturday 2-4pm. Training is held at the Army pool Inverbrackie, South Australia. NOTE this venue is currently unavailable, Please enquire re current training times and venues.
Summer Training Times: From November 4th 2022
AM 5:30 - 7 Monday to Friday at the Adelaide Hills Swimming Centre - pool entry fee required if swimming at this venue.
AM Saturday morning 7- 9:00
PM sessions 6-8:00 &
Friday PM 4:30 - 5:45
